I read a note my grandma wrote back in 1923
Grandpa kept it in his coat and he showed it once to me
He said," Boy you might not understand, but a long long time ago
Grandma's daddy din like me no one, but I loved your grandma so
We had this crazy plan to meet, and run away together
Get married in the first town we come to and live forever
But nailed to the tree where we supposed to meet instead
i found this letter and this is what it said
*If you get there before I do, don't give up on me
I'll meet you when my chores all through, I don't know how long I'll be
But i'm not gonna let you down, Darling wait and see
But between now and then till I see you again
I'll be loving you..love me
I read those words just hours before my grandma passed aways
In the doorway of a church where me and grandpa stopped to ray
I know I never seen him cry in all my fifteen years
But as he said those words to her
His eyes filled up with tears
* And between now and then till I see you again
I'll be loving you... love me

HAPPY 17th B'DAY GHIS!!!
Sorry I'm a day late but I was having cramps yesterday so ya... Anywayz... hope u had a wonderful birthday and hopefully u're not too stressed in NJ. Oh ppl noe wad! I've got my learners driver's liscence alr but I can only drive with a supervisor (my parents) but driving's really fun although it's getting abit boring now cos I keep going round and round the estate. haha. School's fine and all but it's getting a bit more stressful cos the exams are starting soon and I have to STUDY! I seriously can't imagine how stressed I would be if I was still in Singapore man. Haha! Talk to ya soon!
